Ok, but I was not asking that. I was asking which program, either free or paid, makes us of Chess.com style. On Android, so far only Chessis does and it is a great tool. But for Windows?
What GUI support Game Review in Chess.com style?

Dear DimPap31,
Many thanks for your suggestion.
I downloaded ChessX, however I am finding it very difficult to use. First of all, it gives me an error when trying to access my Chess.com profile; it always says 'Databse PGN cannot be accessed at the moment()'.
Second, its GUI is not really user friendly. I still cannot understand how to make ChessX analyze a game and generate a report like Chess.com or Chessis for Android.
I am very frustrated.
I am trying a lot of them: Arena, Banskia, Lucas and now ChessX. None of them is very user friendly and intuitive. I feel kinda lost

Chessbase in my opinion is a convoluted piece of software. It's built to look like MS word which baffles me that they would choose that design. It's not intuitive at all. I have chessbase 16 on a powerful computer and it's nowhere near as smooth as a browser. It's laggy and looks like outdated software. The thing is it's powerful and there's nothing else in the market that competes with it so people just use it. I honestly don't know of any other software that is user friendly like chess.com. But why are you looking for something else to begin with?

Hi RespektMyAuthoritah,
Thanks for your reply.
Well, why am I looking for something else?
First, because with a stand-alone chessboard (like ChessX), I can install whatever engine I want, make them play against each other - single games or tournaments - and analyze the match later on.
Second, because I can play against whatever engine I like - not against bots created by Chess.com - or against Komodo whatever version Chess.com has on their website.
Third, I can play offline.
There would be many other reasons, but mainly we can start from here.
What makes me sad is that no chessboard that I am using is user-friendly.
I feel completely furstrated.
Giulio.

Ah I see, yea sorry as far as I understand the most popular is chessbase and as I already mentioned it's not intuitive at all

If you are looking for a Windows program that uses Chess.com style, then I would recommend ChessBase. ChessBase is a powerful and comprehensive chess software package that provides players of all levels with a comprehensive tool set to improve their game. It is a paid program, but it has many features that make it worth the cost. It allows you to replay games, analyze them, and store them in a database. You can also use it to play against an AI and access a large database of openings and strategies. If you are looking for a free program, then I would recommend ChessX. ChessX is a free and open source chess database and PGN viewer. It supports all major chess formats, including the Chess.com style, and provides powerful search and analysis tools. It also integrates with Chess.com so you can access your games and play against the computer.

Dear Community,
Since I joined Chess.com I have really loved their game review style, with their beautiful icons showing each move strength and their report.
So far, I have found only one GUI/App that uses the same style- Chessis (I use Android).
For Windows, I have downloaded Arena / Banskia and LucasChess but none of them seem to use Chess.com style.
For this reason, I was considering Chessbase but I am not sure whether they support Chess.com style or not (also during gameplay, like Chessis).
Any advice, please?
Thanks and regards,
Giulio
