What happens in the Legend League?

how to join lengend ???
If you're still in 1st place tomorrow at leagues reset, you'll automatically be added to the Legend club.

You cannot drop from a league, you forever stay in it.
You do not get "zero points" in weeks you do not play. It takes only into account the weeks you play LIVE chess !

Legends league is literally pointless you just play game after game never getting any better hoping you may place place first absolutely pointless.

Q1: Is it called "Players League"?
Wood, Stone... Silver, until Legend are called "Leagues" when you check the url chess.com/leagues/bronze.
So, seems like I am in "Legend's League" of "Player's League".
Q2: The UI of chess-com doesn't explain it well. In the list is no other level and the page doesn't say what happens at the top 3# of this last League, as advancing to next one should be impossible as there is no next level listed or any other info. What is the idea? Are there prizes somehow?
Q3: Also noticed that the Legend level is has the most players. What's the point of that?

While I did get to Legend I feel that it made me a worse player, at least temporarily.
Because points are awarded for wins and losses are ignored I found myself not sandbagging, but "hoping" for quick losses so that my rating would go down quickly and I would be allowed to face weaker opponents. While I played all my games seriously I was down 100-150 elo by the end of the legend run.
I understand the entire point of the league is to make people play more games, but I just found myself wanting to play more games, rather than win more games
Hi. How many players can progress to the legend league at a time? Thanks
