What is considered a decent chess rating, i've gotten up to 1300 but dont really know what that means, if i were to play in tournaments over the board, what would my rating be officially?

also, some tips to improve from this point onwards would be apreciated!

If you look at your stats, a 1300 rapid rating is better than 91% of the active rapid players, so it's obviously "decent".

/ I notice that your rating of 1305 is higher than the highest rated player you have beaten. You might want to expand the range you have set. Perhaps consider trying some Swiss tournaments here so you get some exposure to players rated a couple of hundred points above and below.

At 1300, you might want to play something other than the Englund Gambit.

/  If it gets this far, it has worked.

But overall, you have a losing record with it.

Anything above 1400+ is considered a good rating according to USCF standards. You won't know what your tournament rating is until you actually play in a tournament. From personal experience, most players' Chess.com rating is around 100-200 above their OTB rating but it varies from person to person.
