So the prices keep changing on https://www.chess.com/membership? I think that uses a different currency depending on what flag you've chosen for yourself, but I'm not certain about that.

Sorry - I have no idea what determines what currency it's displayed in, because I can't see anything about your account that would suggest that it's in Vietnam - definitely contact Support via https://support.chess.com/article/346-contact-us and ask them.

i asked they said reply in 24 hours im waiting for that

The site definitely checks something and presents the relevant currency, but I don't know what that is.

The Support team averaged 3 days and 14 hours to a first response last month, so if you haven't heard from them after a week, let us know here and we'll see if we can follow it up. We won't look at it before then.
