At least on a single thread, there's hardly any difference between Stockfish 12 with NNUE turned off vs. Stockfish 11. At least not enough to matter...

It does not matter most if not all non-neural net engines can but almost all people maybe more. Same for data engines.

I've tested Stockfish 12 (NNUE turn off) vs Stockfish 11 , and all games is draw.

In my testing so far, it's 20 wins, 16 losses, and 117 draws. (what, maybe +10 elo or something?)
