I think 29 or something, but one time in chesskid, I saw two 600’s playing, and he/she was up like 50+ points, and one move later, his/her opponent got stalemated.

There was rare case... )) I can't forget it... my opponent was about 1800 !
I have one Rook and two Queens on the board..
He had single King and couple of pawns but he didn't resign !
And I had to checkmate him.
Seems he didn't trust my ability to checkmate him... as my rating was lower than his. )

Being "A king" up in the endgame feels like the greatest material adv., even if I lose. (meaning - my king is active, and his isn't)
i once checkmated someone with three queens.
they were new but that didn't stop me.

I had a game where I was up +91 points in material, and is the only game like it that I have recorded and saved. Here's the PGN:
This game was against one of the lower-rated players in my local chess club during a tournament, and I managed to get +91 points and avoid a stalemate. It was pretty fun to play and my opponent was in pretty good spirits about it. I asked if she would mind if I went for an 8 Queen game and she said it was fine. So I took the opportunity and got every Pawn (minus one) promoted!
If I'm not mistaken I think +103 is the best you can do, so I created a fictional game where you can win while being up +103 points:

I once had a 103 point advantage - and don't anyone say they've had more than that - because that's the maximum. 
I've had 250 points of winning advantage in the "analyze" mode yesterday:
