I’m not sure, but I think there is more early brilliant move
What is the earliest brilliant move played?

Awesome @ChessSBM, yeah I doubt anything would be marked brilliant before move 4. Here is a game I just played today with one on move 5:
Nxe5 is brilliant.

I can't prove it but if you can make a brilliant move in your 3rd move then I have to agree that you can't get earlier than that. If anything, it highlights the flaws in the system.
I have a fear that I've been suckered by that trick more than once though.

I just analyzed a OTB game I played wherein move 4 was considered brilliant. 1. d4 Nf6 2. Bg5 e6 3. e4 Be7 4. Nc3 Nxe4!!

Got one on move 8

1. e4 e5 2. Nc3 Bc5 3. Na4 Bxf2!!
i would personally say
1. e4 e5 2. Nc3 Bc5 3. Na4? Bxf2!
Wikipedia says
1. e4 e5 2. Nc3 Bc5 3. Na4?! Bxf2!?

It is the Damiano's defense, however I farm brilliant moves in the scotch game:

As defined by chess.com's analysis what is the earliest brilliant move someone has played. For the purpose of this, 'earliest' meaning on move X. Optimal play does not need to be assumed. A candidate that comes to mind is this trap along the Tennison gambit:
I recall having a game with knight sacrifice on move 4 or 5 that was classified as a brilliant move, but was unable to find this... My guess is that there are none before move 4.
