Found this game played in Latvia recently. Not sure if Black is a GM but has a rating of 2575. White is just 1285.

Robert Hess lost to an 1100, but he was only rated 1100 in blitz because he mostly played standard time controls.
Despite being 1179 rated just a few months ago, he is also an International Master: https://ratings.fide.com/profile/25059009
The second game is misleading, as you've said yourself, the person involved just has a low blitz and rapid rating, probably because he didn't play blitz and rapid chess in the last few years (rapid since 2016. and blitz since 2019.).
As for the first game, Arturs Neiskans is indeed a GM, and a strong one. His peak rating is above 2 630.
It would be nice to see if the rating of his opponent is correct, and if it perhaps is the similar situation as for the second game.
On top of it, it would be interesting to see the lowest rated player who was able to beat a GM in a classical game as well.
By the way, I think I've found the problem with the first game as well.

Monika, S is probably Monika Socko, and she is a GM herself with blitz rating of 2184 when she beaten him.
So, it seems that the information is not correct.
We must not forget, that even GM's are also humans & therefore their performance is very much dependent on their day-2-day energy level.
So, the human-factor should also be taken into consideration.
What is it? And if U have a pretty low rated player who defeated a GM, then please link the game. Thanks!
