For Qd3?, say "Qd3WTH". For Qd3??, say "Qd3WTF".
What is the spoken word (a la "exclam") for "?"

Hello Bonjour Konnichiwa my fellow Chess Players, I'm kind -of-new to Chess, I'm an Author and I played my first tournament for fun, yesterday. I'm available for new matchups and to show my appreciation heres where you can find some of my Books and I.GPage https://tpcreativeworks.wordpress.com/the-informal-fixx/

--- I am not asking about the meaning, but the pronunciation. I've heard @DanielRensch say, in some of his videos, something like "exclam vee-ahtch" (where the last syllable rhymes with "botch") -- but I'm a newbie to organized chess, and I don't know if he's "saying" "!?" or if that's just a verbal in-joke that I don't know.
Danny isn't pronouncing a '?' when he says something like that. It's just a slang interjection expressing excitement that is a less vulgar variation of a certain curse word.
A very good move is notated with "!" (or two), and in spoken English, that is pronounced "exclam".
A mistake or poor move is notated with "?" -- but I've never heard anybody say this in English, at least, not in a way that was obvious. What does one say when reading "Qd3?".
CaptPike goes into some explanation of what all the annotations mean at https://www.chess.com/blog/CaptainPike/chess-annotation-punctuation
