What is your opinion on someone when someone didn't shake your hands after they lose? I always shake hands after I lose. But when I win I wait my opponent to offer handshake because it is an act of respect because he's totally very angry because of lose
Well, shaking hands is just simply an act of formality, but I would not personally bother if they do not shake hands with me.

It’s an underhanded compliment; just like you said, he was angry because he lost. That makes the win all the sweeter for you. What people don’t understand when they don’t shake hands is, they are giving their opponent more power. They are letting their opponent know that it really, REALLY bothered them that you beat them. That’s foolish of them.
