I'll go first:
Not fully accurate, and my opponent wasn't exactly tal, but possibly my best game and definitely my favorite!

👌
Probably not my best game, as the sacrifice isn't very deep, but very pretty and wouldn't look too out of place in a book of 19th Century miniatures (apart from Black's opening).

That's a beautiful game. The double rook sac and letting the pawn take a knight, a pawn, and letting him queen was stunning. I want to try that early g4
It's a pretty fun gambit. 7...g6 isn't the main line (7...c6 followed by counterattacking on the queenside) and my response was sub-optimal. The computers all display an edge for Black, then change their mind when they see the following move:
The only problem is finding someone to play it against! I think I've only ever had three games as White with the position after 4...Nbd7.
I don't remember one in particular.
The games I feel the most proud about are the ones where I have defeated somebody ranked much higher than me, games where I was in a big disadvantage and ended up winning, and games where I saw a really beautiful combination (And if it includes a sacrifice, then even better).

Are there any that stand out?

your game made me think of these quotes 😉
"What's your immortal game???"
My first game with the white pieces in a tournament when I was thirteen.
I blundered a centre pawn on move 7. Had to give up the bishop pair and I had an isolated e-pawn. I developed my pieces but I was gutted. I noticed my opponent was playing for further errors. I castled queen side, he played Qa5 thinking I would miss Kb1 defending the a-pawn.
With e4 and g4 I was amazed when my opponent played f5, okay he had a pawn on e6.
I had the in between move Bc4+ and then e5.
I missed a mate in eight but for the most part saw all of a mate in eleven.
Let us hope @blueemu sees this thread and posts some his games. They are beautiful.
And this one: THIS IS THE MOST INTERESTING GAME OF CHESS OF ALL TIME, the first of the thread below:
Hey guys, as many of you know famous players often have an "immortal game" in their careers. Bobby fischer had the game of the century, kasparov had his game against topolav, and so on. So, I ask the people of the chess.com forums, Whats your immortal game? If you feel up to it, post below
! If your not sure which is your best, or your favorite, just pick one game that stands out to you. Hopefully we'll get to see some quality games.
