You bring out your queen and bishop to attack the F pawn. If undefended, it can lead to a checkmate in 4 moves. Look at the chess.com lesson “The 4 move checkmate” I wouldn’t suggest using it however because it is an easily defendable and bad attack.

e4, e5, Bc4, (black does some random move) Qf3 (or Qh5) Black does another random move, Queen takes f7 checkmate. It can also be done when you are with the black pieces.
