Usually a few hours after the TD sends the data to the USCF. If you register on the website, I forget where, the USCF will email you when its posted.

I just played 3 rated G60 games. How long before the tournament director sends the data to USCF and my ratings are updated?
I will see some of the folks involved later this week to ask them, but I thought maybe I can get a quick answer over here.
