Where are all the chess 960 players?

I try and play 960 5 mins and it takes what feels like hours to get paired. Where are all the 960 players. What time controls are they playing. If not 5 mins, 1 min, 10 mins what is it.

Most people who play variants play 3 minutes

I'd rather play 960 but it's hard to get a game - same on other sites. I personally don't get the idea of daily 960.  Better to use daily games to work on theory not tactics. I like 960 Blitz - seems like a good tactics work out.

I'd love to start Chess960, but I can't find a server to play on.

chess.com doesn't have that, right?!

May be they switched to 4-player chess? Also no standard openings (yet) and more fun.
