ps.  It's been around for a couple of years (so, expect not to pay full retail, eg. it's even cheaper on eBay if you look closely).  I've noticed it seems to lack a good 'manual', so it sounds like a Lot of work to figure it out and use it.  Here's a review of Fritz 13:

Fritz is a pretty advanced interface and you probably don't need most of it.

I recommend you to try SCID or scid vs pc, these are great free GUI like Fritz, and covers all non-master needs.

I bought Fritz 12 and now I never use it.  Scid vs PC is better, in my opinion, in many, many ways.  (I should do a comparison of the two programs and post it on my website.)

But yes, the first two posts, regarding where you can purchase it, are correct.
