Whether GoChess is a genuine company for product purchase or a charity or a fraud

We have to navigate to third website to buy a product. Product looks impressive but they are talking about the contribution and not purchase. The delivery date is in June 2024. In the payment page they are talking about crowdfunding and guarantee of product delivery. If it is croudfunding then why hiding behind an impressive product?
If there is no guarantee then why can't we make it clear in first page and why there is delivery date?
Anyone got this product?

That's a Crowdfunding site, not a store and there's no guarantee the product will ever get produced or shipped.

I am suspicious that perhaps no one received this chessboard...they seem to support the scammers . We paid 200 EUR to the Particula campaign on Indiegogo on February 2024
https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/gochess-most-powerful-chess-board-ever-invented#/
/>( €3 303 507 EUR collected )
we haven't received this chessboard and requested a full refund several times WITHOUT SUCCESS
we also discovered another campaign of Particula on the same chessboard ( with 2 083 603 $ collected in 2023) : https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1928372437/gochess-ai-robotic-smart-chess-board-with-coaching-lights?lang=fr It seems that the delivery wasn't even attempted but they started anoher campain (?) on indiegogo ...with the same arguments (!) and ...reviews on anoher products : Rubik's cube , dices
and they deleted our complaint comment on their page

So, is GoChess a scam or not?
I was about to place an order, but I saw some negative reviews on the forum, and now I'm not sure what to do.
Can someone provide an objective opinion and let me know what legal options I have to get my money back if I never receive the chessboard (aside from filing a lawsuit, which wouldn't be worth the trouble)?
