Which is the stronger title, IM or WGM?

I checked this on the internet and there was no clear answer for this.

If you search for Tania Sachdev on Google, it says that she holds the title of International Master and Woman Grand Master. How is this possible? Is it possible that both these titles are equal? If so, what is the point of having two different titles that represent the same thing?

But if you go to this page - https://www.chess.com/members/titled_players

IM is listed below WGM, doesn't that mean WGM is the stronger title?

both are hard for one to achieve, they both require countless hrs of chess study, why compare these 2 titles when they are both such an achievement.

IM requires 3 2450 performances with a rating >2400 or equal to 2400, while WGM requires 3 2400 performances and a rating >2300 or equal to 2300.

Im's are like 2400+ and WGM's are 2300+...right?

urk
Pfren has explained it pretty clearly. An IM may or may not be higher rated than a WGM but the title requirements are more demanding for an IM.
And some IMs are stronger than some GMs.

IM should be stronger since WGM is 2300+ and IM is 2400+ so just because the W title is added should not mean WGM is stronger. GM is of higher title, but the rating is obviously higher than WGM. Also, some FM's would have about 2250- 2300 rating as a man.

for example

Almira Skripchenko

International Master (1998)
Woman Grandmaster (1995)

so im is  bigger
