Depends a bit though on format of game, eg in shorter time formats, actually getting the win would be seen as preferable because a blunder has more likelihood of being reversed later with a mistake from your opponent.
Which is worse? Blunder or Missed Win?

Most of the time, a missed win is actually just a delayed win. So, maybe you miss mate in 5, but the eval still shows +60 or something like that. I think they should remove it from the analysis, it's too misleading, or be more specific about it. +60 is not a missed win.

yeah.

In some positions, miss must be "mistake", in this position F4 - +1.74 this is a winning move, but Le5 is only " + 0.26 , the difference is +1. 48 , this is a huge difference, miss "must" be some checkmate or take the material, but still you have a winning position with similar advantage .
Blunders.
When playing online chess in blitz or quicker formats you don't have the time to properly evaluate the position and spot some of your opponent mistakes. You notice it all the time when grandmasters gets into time scrambles, if they had 30 seconds they would easily notice when their opponent make a bad move but in 1 second its too quick.
Blunders on the other hand is when you don't even think about your own moves, you simply don't think how you setup your pieces.
A missed win is worse than a blunder because this gives a small chance for a different person to win when you are winning. A blunder is something you an come back from though. you can't really come back from a missed win.
I think it's the other way around. You can only really recover from a blunder if your opponent misses the opportunity to get back in the game. Missed wins can turn a mate in 6 to, say, +20. Some blunders are worse than missed wins, and vice versa.
