Which mode is the "standard" for online chess? 30 minutes or 10 minutes?

Currently I enjoy 10 minute rapid games but I'm still rather low rated so matches finish quite quickly. Do most people here play 30 minutes, because games take longer at your level? I find that 30 minutes is a bit too long and sometimes I don't have that much time to dedicate to 1 game. 15|10 maybe? What do you guys usually play?
