Which online database?

Hi all, I'm just getting into Online chess and have been using 365chess.com's opening database for the first couple of games. I'm greatly disappointed in it - its statistics for any particular line seem to be misleading, as 1. it includes many games between players rated <1600 FIDE, and 2. it has many multiple entries - there are 17 identical 6-move (!) games alone for the well-known smothered mate in the Caro-Kann, again, the majority of these played at a relatively low level.

So can anyone recommend a better free online database, based only on master games? I'd be grateful for suggestions, thanks in advance!

Chessbase offers a free online database which is pretty good. Something like:

http://database.chessbase.com

and here's the article which explains how to use it:

http://chesstempo.com/game-database.html allows filtering based on ratings (2200+ vs 2200+, etc.).

Chesslab is a bit dated, but can be useful, and is yet another which allows filtering based on rating.

Thanks for the feedback guys! I've taken to using Chessbase, there were a few things I didn't get with the navigation, but your link cleared them up, thanks Chyss!
