Which player over 2700+ do you dislike the most?

Nothing against the man personally, but I have never cared much for the moves Gelfand makes and his games of chess. And quite possibly he is our future world champion... :)

as far as chess is concerned, i find that shirov is not able to play well against players of this level. it seems that he wins when there are no other 2700+ around.... but easy for me to say

Topalov seems like a decent guy

Nakamura on the other hand seems like a monumental prat (typical American really  )

Shirov used to be in the top 5 if I remember.  Some of his games were just incredible... even to me who probably didn't know half of what was going on anyway :)

I hate when ppl bag on americans like we are all the same person. Its not my fault i was born here! Its not very funny when we depict all irish as drunks is it? 

I thought being a big drunk was a point of honor for them.

However Nakumura does seem like a douche..

I took Arctor's comment in good humor, and think it's unfortunate that the American responses have been so uptight.

I retract my statement you are correct haha.. and wafflemaster im not really uptight about it and get its a joke, but i still felt the need to say that. Maybe iv just been seeing these comments a lot lately. i just really hope europeans dont believe the typical americans are like how the media portrays us. Most of us are quite pleasant actually.

And to answer the original question, I dislike them all equally!  If I ever had to play one of them, I'd use the 12-gauge defense!
