No, he's not a Grandmaster.
He's an IM from Spain. I don't remember his name, but someone discovered his identity a few years ago, as one of his web presences had a copyright page with his name on it, in the fine print.
Soon afterward, his name was removed from that site.
Anyway, he's around 2400 FIDE. Not a GM, but certainly a strong player.
