why am i so bad at over the board chess

I generally prefer digital chess rather than over the board chess. My rating in rapid is 800 but i still lost to someone with 200-300 rating in over the board chess. Is it normal for someone who mostly plays digital chess to be bad at OTB (OVER THE BOARD) chess. How can I be good at OTB.
