why am i so damn bad

ive lost every game i ever played so far, except 1 i got a draw. ive been playing consistently for the past few days now and ive seen 0 improvement, im even watching hours of chess videos. btw i got mensa tested at 147 iq.

All youre playing is blitz, bullet, and rapid.  And you dont understand why youre not improving?

You are doing fine. Do you have a friend to support you in these difficult times? That's always very important.

If I were you I'd just keep running through my openings and keep playing. But most importantly, analyse your games! Good thing about Blitz is that you can play many games in a row, but you always need to check what went wrong or you won't improve, obviously

I don't think you're qualified to give statements for the "best format for learning". I also find it humorous that you pulled a number(2600) out of thin air! I understand sharing advice and experiences, but stating this as a fact is just stupid.

To the OP, it may not be enough to watch videos and play games. You need to analyze them and improve your tactics. In my experience, doing more tactics will make it more likely for you to see combinations and patterns. If you find problems in time, play faster formats so you can get more comfortable in the beginning of the game.

Full of crap. This is why you don't play live chess - just an egotistical cheater who boasts about 14 Day Chess (who cares?). What is your name and FIDE rating? You can talk ALL you want but a Daily Chess Streak isn't gonna cut it for skill level. 

You are not competitive if you haven't touched a Live Chess game. And you lack experience outside Daily Chess, at least on this site, which in the context of this discussion, only matters.

I would like to add that you have never beaten a 2600+. I dare you to prove it.

I'm not trying to attract anything, and my "language" is mostly clean, as I do not indulge in the usage of swear words to make a point. 

Actually you  may be right - looking at your competition gave me a chuckle. People are just usually suspicious if they only play one format. If you had a 2000+ Blitz or Rapid Rating, I'd say you were at least somewhat experienced. Fair enough?

You have games with a CAPS score below 90 with 14 days on both sides. "Grandmaster Ability" is not portrayed only in Daily Chess.

You're not strong but definitely confident - I don;t value cockiness. I saw it from your response to the OP about your "vast knowledge" on "the best format of learning".

If you have an opinion, just state that you think it is true. Don't say it as fact.

No. You can't do this until you play all formats. You're not even close to being at the top in Daily Chess, which you seem to value a lot. By these standards, you are somewhat mediocre of a chess player (still really good since you're new)

A LOT of them go here. But as we speak you are in the 90th Percentile of Daily Chess, placing hundreds of thousands of people above you. You aren't even close to the highest level now.

Good luck on getting there. I'm rooting for you, but don't tell people 100 people are better than you, because 1 million is much more plausible

You're nowhere as good as those GMs. I'm far above your level, which is why you sneak behind Daily Chess because you cannot think of good moves in a Live format. 

This level of arrogance is actually insulting to the great players of the game, who you can't hold a candle to. Play some Blitz and Rapid. Doubt you'll touch 1800 in either.

Then play Blitz. What you stated puts you in a condition where you have to prove your response. Play Blitz and let's see you win 40 games in a row!

My case stands taller and if you don't play a Blitz game, it just proves you're only somewhat good at ONE format. Dominant players are great in every likes.

those are literally the only games to play, other then daily games. Daily games are way too slow.
