Why am I suddenly so bad at chess?

Whenever you lose a game, stop playing and analyse it first.
Try exercise and sleeping early
Everyone has ups and downs, it's the way the rating works i guess. I also have huge drops, more usually in blitz though and not so much in rapid. You probably lost a few games and that damaged your confidence and made you start playing scared or questioning your ideas. Take a break and come back with more energy.
My rating has dropped from 1100 to 830. I have no idea whats happened to me. Anyone have experience with this problem?
