why can people move so fast?

Let's see... 3Hz vs 0.5Hz. don't know... but math says you are moving 6 times SLOWER... So again, why are you moving slow?

Welcome to the internet age of chess. It all began in the late 1990s when people realized the internet afforded a way to play really fast chess, and a lot of chess players cut their teeth playing faster and faster. When the internet was rather new, few could play very fast (even GMs), but now it's the norm.

of course you have to be careful .. as you are locking in a move before you know what your opp is going to to .. it takes a bit of practice .. but if you are premoving and your opp is not .. in a 1 0 bullet game .. you have a great advantage

It takes skill, not premoving.
Although people who specialize only in 1/0 bullet will face a disadvantage in longer bullet like 2/1. Their moves are often inferior and they often end up losing. The plus side of 1/0 bullet is that often a much weaker player can beat a high rated player on time.....I see it all the time, even 500-600 points difference.
You can often tell a 1/0 player apart just because moving fast has a become a (bad) habit.

In 2/1 games, I have already chosen a move -( while the opponent is moving ). Then I click on the piece that I am going to move, Then hover over the square that I am moving to. If my choice was correct I can click immediately.and the move is done...

after you move and while the other player is deciding, you can select your piece and move it to a spot just as if it was your turn and when your opponent makes his move , the program will automatically move where you went immediately. the only problem withg this is that you cannot change what you have entered unless they have put you in check or another piece has occupied the slac e you were going... so if their move puts you in jeopardy then tough...

They are using the premove option you can turn on in your settings. If you haven't used it before, you better be careful. Sometimes I will premove 5 moves in advance to set up my opening defense. Then, due to an unexpected move by my opponent I sit and watch my Queen get eaten, helpless to do anything about it. IT HAPPENED TODAY!
why can they move so fast? are they glitching? i don't know. can anybody tell me.
