1600s is an amazing rating! This shows you've progressed a lot already! As for feeling bad with rating, this is relatable for most chess players and variance is normal and expected. Everyone goes up and down a lot in rating; it doesn't make it any easier to deal with in the moment, but you aren't alone. Here are several chess resources I recommend, but if your mental health is a factor anymore than what is expected, then a mental health professional would be better for you than chess players giving advice online.
Here are some of the chess resources I have:

So i have been playing Chess.com For a very long time (Lichess.org too) i have started in around 800 elo and i rose up and struggled in other areas of ratings until i reached 1600 elo its been a few months playing in 1600 my peak was 1669 then i fell down back to 1625 i was so sad and mad i felt suicidal some points in my career. Please help me reach a better rating so i can enjoy my life i did in the past.
