Why do I play so badly with the black pieces? (serious)

It seems that no matter how much I study as black and play, I still get confused with black, yeah I admit that for a long time I've studied and practiced mostly as white, but over time my black skill has improved, but now that it has, it feels as if every time I win as white, I lose as black immediately the next game, and I would like advice on how to improve if anyone's out there reading this. I play the French Sicillian (only against Bowlders attack or some Alapin crap no one wants to play against) Kan Sicillian (I've started playing this less) and also Najdorf Sicillian (I've started playing this more often nowadays) as well as Caro Kann. Also, I play on Lichess, I'm rated 1900 there.

just get good.

White has a wider choice of good moves, for black the choice of good moves is narrower. Especially in a sharp opening like the Sicilian there sometimes is only one move to stay in the game. Just play more carefully and think longer about every move. Black is OK.

Not only is black disadvantaged by 1 move (or 1/2 move if you prefer), your opponent also gets to lead with their choice of opening, which they are probably most experienced with. I'm horribly tired of responding to white's e4.

White is always superior. Ratings should be changed because of that. If white wins, +7 for him and only -7 for black. If black wins, +8 for him -8 for white cuz he is white and its shameful that he still lost lol.

You're playing too many e4 defenses. Pick one and master it.

It's like learning a foreign language. It would be too difficult to try to learn multiple languages at once.

The better approach: choose one and hone it until it's a gleaming weapon in your hands.

I made a thread on this. When calculating the +/- the system should treat the white player as if they have somewhat higher rating than their actual rating. 20-30 points or something. Completely trivial to implement.

Ya follow this

Get a single opening for e4 and d4 and prepare it till 7-8 moves with variations

I play sicilian(najdorf if possible) and KID almost all the time except when they play some b3/g3 weird stuff

You've won over 80% of your games on this account. No one can give you advice on this if you don't play a few dozen games against your peers.

I almost always respond with d5 and dancing around with the queen afterwards, work 65% off the time lol

I can't stand them pushing any center pawn to my side on move 2, so I always respond any center pawn with the equivalent center pawn and just deal with the consequences. (Alternately with the opposing knight, similar effect)

If you want to improve your black chess. Play e5 against e4. Play d5 against d4. And play c5 against c4.
gullupakka

no way

Yeah, I've been playing more Caro and Najdorf instead of the others as when I'd stick to less openings I'd seen more growth and I'd have an easier time with preparing and such, but I'd still miss some things.
