Are you playing timed games? It's also possible that it's a distraction. I play live timed games for the most part. I've turned the chat feature off since many people attempt to distract with messages.

Because a lot of men are pigs??? Any woman or troll with a cute girl avatar WILL get hit on on any site. It's sad but true. For that reason I imagine most chicks don't put their real pic up. The men that harass women online are pretty pathetic and obviously desperate IMO.
I think Lasker is right, and the lack of, um, experience with ladies seems more prevalent on this site. I also agree that an avatar change might do the trick.
