Hes not nearly as good as Carlsen, Kramnik, Aronian, and other modern super GMs, though he is a pretty good attacker
is it true he doesn't get along with alot of the other GM's

Most people don't like him because he accused Kramnik of cheating, and generally seems like an unlikeable fellow.
You can see an earlier discussion about Topalov and why he is so unpopular here.

You're kidding, right? Topalov isn't just a "pretty good attacker", he's one of the best in the world and has been for 10-15 years.
Today's grandmasters get along with each other. The major exception to this is Topalov. There were rumors of his cheating in the first half of the San Luis tournament, and then he turned around and made completely baseless accusations against Kramnik once he started losing the world championship match. Just about every top grandmaster blames Topalov and his team (especially Silvio Danailov, but also Cheparinov) for the "toiletgate" scandal that blackened chess for several years.
His actions then, and since, have not endeared himself to anyone in the chess community. Topalov went into semi-retirement for a few years and only resurfaced again this year. He needs to gain the trust and respect of his fellow grandmasters. We'll see next year in the Candidates' tournament how well he plays, and how well he plays with others.
Well said SmyslovFan...
@The OP, he also has a tendency towards acting juvenile when he is angry or frustrated, including refusing to shake hands with his opponents and encouraging his "team" to do the same. It just seems like he never really grew out of his teenage pettiness, and his behavior does not reflect well on the sport and sportsmanship of chess, although his play is excellent.
He is one of my favourite players, one of the strong to play the Modern Benoni as something else than a surprise weapon. I find my favourite players from how they play chess, not how they are outside the chess board.

he overestimates his bishops over rooks.

Yes, but his skill at other parts of the game are not as good as other super GMs.
Like what?

Same here, I could care less what their personality is, only how they play chess. Most chess players are douchebags anyways.

Like endgames and openings
Huh? What is one example of him being not at the highest level in endgames or openings?
he is one of the strongest players in the world, and always do wells
