Im curious, she never got over her FIDE Rating over 2100, but she has the WFM title anyways, how?

From tournaments, I believe.

FIDE only requires the rating to go to or over the requirement at any point which can occur during a tournament. It's not based on post tournament ratings. She got WFM in 2013:and had a published rating of 2086 during that time so apparently got to 2100 during an event that year.

It's also possible one of the events that year resulted in an automatic title.

She won the WFM title in 2013 - titled awarded for the 2nd place in North American Youth Championships - under 18 girls section. In that tournament she got 7.5points out of 9 games. The 1st place winner with 8.0/9 ( and WIM title) had in fact a full point bye in round 8 due to withdraw of another player.
