I play Chess on the web browser on Microsoft Edge, and when I'm playing against a chess bot, everytime that I make a move after the 1st move, the website has a chance to crash.
I don't know what to do. Is the problem my computer or is it to do with the cache? I really need an answer because this always happens.
Does it only happen on Edge?
I believe so. I only ever play on Microsoft Edge, and whenever I do, it crashed.
I will test Google Chrome and see if it crashes then.

I'm having the same problem now, but in live matches.
Website loads, game starts and immediately crashes, I lose game points.

this has been going on for so long. why won't they fix it
I get this same thing, but happens after a tight win or certain players, because when I try to analyze the game it also will kick me again certain players. The kind that regardless of complexity of move or exchange take 1 to 3 seconds every move....

Same problem on Opera. I can play the first move and then it crashes. It happens maybe on 1 game out of 10

You guys complaining about losung points from crashing awarding the opponent the game - try going from 1200 to 920 due to thus fault !!! Cant seem to find a solution.. u guys find one ?
I changed to edge browser and the problem went away.

Every device and browser doesn’t work . I can only play on the chess .com app
Do you have old devices or browsers? Are you running through a VPN? I'm not aware of any similar reports like that
