From move 40 onwards, both of you could only move your Kings. You could have pressed the Draw button any time from move 90 to move 107 and the system would have given you it.
Why does Chess.com not have insufficiant matarial stalemate/draw?

This happens to me occasionally. Either my opponent doesn't know about the 50-move rule or they don't realize that I have plenty of time to make 50 aimless moves. When it happens, I get a cup of coffee, look at news items, wash dishes, etc., and occasionally look at my game. Once I have less than five minutes, I start my 50-move countdown.

Nothing says that you have to give up. I see all the time people complaining that they were "winning" and their opponent refused to resign. The 50 move rule keeps things from running on into infinity but I just view it as endgame practice. Woton nailed it, just play along, it's part of the game.

In this situation, it has to fall to the rules of chess, and in this case, either repetition or 50 move rule. There is no human arbiter to make the call, and applying an engine to every position of every game isn't feasible. Sorry - definitely annoying!

It can sometimes be fun. In the rare instance when I have less than two minutes, it's a challenge to reach 50 moves (I'm not a fan of pre-moves, they've caused me too many problems in the past).

- Well, in this case, premove all you want, as it is literally impossible for one side to checkmate the other no matter how either side plays
Just played a game that ended in this position but the player I vs'd moved his king around aimlessly trying to win on time as he had a pretty large time advantage. As you can see both players cant do anything and I offered a draw 5 times and he wouldnt take it. What do you do in these situations... Really ruins the fun of the game.
