Looking at this game and a few of your other losses the reason you are struggling is clear. You are playing 15/10 games like bullet chess. You are not a good player so why do you think you can just blitz out moves without thinking?
Why I'm bad at chess

Looking at this game and a few of your other losses the reason you are struggling is clear. You are playing 15/10 games like bullet chess. You are not a good player so why do you think you can just blitz out moves without thinking?
Thanks for your comment.
Puzzles, lessons, analysis and slower play.
Is there anything else I should do besides these?

Be patient. You only started playing 2 months ago so it's normal that you play like a beginner. It takes a long time to automatically recognise the patterns etc which help to guide how you play. This is why it's important to play slowly - you have to look for these things because you are not experienced yet, you don't recognise them. The game above is a good example, an experienced player knows it's a bad idea to put the queen on e7 as you played, knows Nd5, Nc7+ are extremely problematic to face. Try to reach a point where you no longer lose pieces or pawns by simply not seeing that they can be captured, this is the first step. It's annoying and frustrating to lose right? So concentrate and think hard in each game to give yourself the best chance to win.
I don't know why I keep making simple mistakes over and over again.
I gradually lose my concentration and can't predict my opponent's attacks.
Is it just that I have no aptitude for chess?
This account was just opened a few days ago,
But I started playing chess two months ago.
I work hard to solve puzzles every day,
Is it possible to improve with it?
I am now frustrated with my slow progress and lack of learning ability.
