What is interesting, this must be second chance account, but usually you could see an earlier banned account. Now when you search for it, this is not the case. It is pretty odd, basically he got the same Url as before so even though this is a second chance account, there is no trace of a banned account (instead you get his new account).
Edit, my mistake, there is a trace of his old account.
