Why is chess.com shop still selling SquareOff Pro?

Having bought two sets of SquareOff Pro, I have been hugely disappointed; it is $400 down the drain, as far as I am concerned.  Can't use it to play on chess.com; Miko, the company that makes the product tells me that the problem is with chess.com, who are prioritizing players who use their platform directly, rather than through SquareOff Pro.  This means I have to keep waiting endlesslessly for someone to be paired with me if I am using SquareOff Pro.  Occasionally I might succeed in finding an opponent on Lichess.org but then SquareOff Pro behaves errativally: it has problems in how it handles connectivity issues, sometimes it makes errors in recording my moves, sometimes does not communicate my opponent's moves to me or vice versa; I keep waiting for my opponent's move, as SquareOff app shows my opponent's clock ticking, when in fact my opponent has made a move, but I was just not informed by SquareOff.  Of course, this results in loss of time, often to the extent of being timed out; it has even resulted in my getting a "timeout ban" from Lichess.org 3 times; so I am even scared to try SquareOff Pro on Lichess.org.  I have demanded a refund from Miko, but they have referred me to chess.com shop, as I bought the sets from them.  They say that the vendor who sold me the product should help me with the refund.  But chess.com shop has not even shown me the courtesy of a reply to my email - sent 2 weeks back, despite two reminders!  Truly frustrating experience.

The shop is run by House of Staunton and carries their normal inventory.

I understand. However, as the chess.com name is associated with this (their email address is: "The Chess.com Shop <customerservice@>", I think that chess.com should stand by the products sold on their site. I bought the product precisely because I wanted to reduce my screen time by playing online (primarily on chess.com but also on ) with a physical chess set. And I bought two sets, excited about this technology, as it was sold on chess.com - one set to keep in India and the other in Malaysia (I was planning to buy a third set for Vietnam, as I divide my time between these 3 countries). Now, I am very disillusioned. Basically I cannot get even a single game on that board - neither on chess.com nor on ; and I have never found any opponent on SquareOff's own platform either! That's why I say that this product has become useless for me!
