Insufficient Material? absurd. White has two Queens and a Rook on the board!
You ran out of time but instead of losing you get a draw since Black has insufficient material to mate you.

Um, ... wow. I'd say the computer got its "shenan" on... "again"... with you. Contact Support about it!
(Ouch! Pun totally intended! Shenan-again! Shenanigan! Get it? ... Okay, I'm done now.)
P.S.: Could you possibly have accidentally offered a draw by inadvertently clicking the button?
But could it have even been a time-out? No games against Computer3-HARD show up in his archive, so I figured his opponent was the untimed Java computer.
No, there was no time limit on that game. It was against the untimed, 2000 rated Java computer.
Or at least if there was a timer, it had to have been invisible or something :/
Played this game against the chess.com hard computer the other day, and was doing great! But...right before Teary was about to go for the checkmate, the computer moves and then claims a draw out of nowhere! Can somebody please explain this??
3 Fold Repetition of Position? Teary looked and didn't see any repetitions at all!
Stalemate? impossible since the black King still had several squares it could have moved to at the end (and it claimed the draw after its turn and before mine!)
50 Move Rule? the last pawn move took place on move 79, so the 50 move rule couldn't have been invoked until move 129!
