3 years still dead. it really sucks cause their option to play a computer that copies the style of anyone was really neat

it was a neat option if it was really an option. what was their basis for saying how a computer really copies the style of a player? i mean chessc*m purportedly does that too

copying there opening repertoire for starters then it would go by statistically which types of piece trades each player is likely to make, sacrifice ratio etc.... there was a lot that went into it and you could face a copy of anyone (the more games recorded the more accurate) chess.com is no where near to be honest. (except for really famous players I guess)

I can't give a source because the website doesn't exist anymore lol

I use the ChessBase app to access their database, and also have the software with a subscription.

chessgames.com has most games, including many that ChessBase is missing.

https://www.chess.com/games is not terrible, although no where near as good as the others listed.
