Will I get false banned?

Please help my brother @Chess.com because his account name was Blitzed4you I think forgot it happend a couple of months ago. Let me explain my brother loves chess he plays it on his free time and he also did on online classes in highschool he even played varsity on our school however it was cut short because of Covid after of which we stayed online were we stayed on a private school. Keep in mind he still plays chess often at arround maybe 2018-2022 and got banned I think also that year which made his confidence go down after getting banned I was as sad as he was because I knew from my heart that he played even late in the morning he coudnt sleep until he would get either 20 plus rating then he had or had lost 60 rating thats where I was inspired to play with him and online but back to him his rating was 2200 or 2100 I believe. He played mostly on the control time from 1Minute-3minutes then he also tried upping his rapid and blitz but he was always conscious about his rating so he would play play and play so now you know how much he practiced also forgot to say we actually played chess at the young age of 8 and me at 6 at the time. Now the time he was banned as his games improved he got well a little cocky so if his opponent refuses to resign I REPEAT REFUSES TI RESIGN he would get pissed and put jujubajuba as he got it from a similar name which I think it was jujuba69 more times he did it he would invite me to check his games to take note how to get better in chess. Atlast the faithful day came he more or less got 95% accuracy which for me was a sign he could compete nationaly but his opponents didnt think so, everytime they would lose they would report him to give him a bad name and tell LIES TO CHESS.COM WHICH IS THE MAIN REASON HE PLAYS LICHESS ALOT MORE. Then it got to the point I saw him just sitting on a chair looking at his laptop like he had seen a ghost it turns out his account was banned I came and well looked defeated as the years of hard work and the amazingly sad and exciting moments in his account were all lost he didnt care that now his got another account named Blitzed4you4 I think not completely sure cause well I cannot check cause I am to mad and annoyed to cause I remember those times but we played actually 2 days ago. HE FINALLY GAINED GROUND AND GOT 2100 now and is happy but is dreadful when he remembers what happend all I ask is to retrieve his account and send it to either my Gmail for recovery, his old gmail or What I prefer both thank you for any questions for Chess.com messege me in gmail and for fellow chess.com players messege me here.

MY CONCERN MAYBE IS NOT THE MOST IMPORTANT BUT IT IS VERY TRUE AND 100% For our hardwork I also actually played using his account and only got losses but I love him for still making me see how strong 2000+ is So I ASK YOU FOR YOUR SOCIAL PICTURE I GUESS THIS WILL NOT GO TO 1000s of people but to the few people who see this please help us that accoutn gives us confidence and vast memories thank you.

You should take it up with support. Also, you shared the account so that's a no-no.

@CoreyDevinPerich yes. But chess.com is like whats the difference between false banned and banend you know thats the same. Thats what chess.com thinks they should ban not because of hiw many reports but of the real games

Imagine a post full of offenses to this suport of chess.com, my account, Algumac, has been baned for "cheating " and i try to take it back calling the support and they tried to "copensate me" by giving me the same that i have before, knowing that my account cant be recovery by they useless job, they cant do they own job, just useless

Mt account has been baned by ther use,,zr3ss job , they even tried to compansate me with the same i have before, but refuse to give me back my account, they dont even see these posts thet dont care about us, and they cant refute me here because they dont have profs agaisnt me, they just unffair ban people whitout even blink ( ofenses go here )

There sure are a lot of righteously indignant cheaters out there. *If* you got falsely banned because you shared your account, that is on you, by the way.

If an account is closed for fair play violations, it won't be reopened unless an appeal is made and granted. If an appeal is made, a deeper look is made, taking into account all pertinent additional details, and if they don't grantbthe appeal, the account remains closed.

I'm afraid of being false banned because I won a lot of games today and someone called me a cheater because I check mate
in 15 move and im only 672 elo

I've been playing very honest in all games but chess.com banned me i want a proper reason and I'm not using any 3rd parties so I can't just false ban me

I'm choosing another platform chess.com is not reliable they can ban anyone they wish and whenever they want to imma report this thing

When they banned you, you should have received an email with instructions on what your options were.
