Woman can have GM, IM, FM titles?

I was looking on Wikipedia for information about chess titles and I saw that there were 16 woman with the GM title but hundreds with the WGM title, are woman allowed to qualify for the normal titles?

Yes, its possible. NM/IM/GM are gender-neutral and anyone who competes in a high level competition can get these. WIM/WGM titles are exclusive to women-only tournaments and they objectively represent a lower skill rating than their gender-neutral titles. A WGM may be comparable in skill to an IM, for example.

Titles are titles, they can open some doors for you ,even if it is only WCM,which I think is the lowest one we can get ?

Some women prefer the WGM title because of the "GM" and some prefer the gender-neutral titles because they don't like the concept of a women's title. I think either approach is fine and down to personal preference. Women with gender neutral titles are usually stronger players though.
