A CALL TO ARMS
In the name of Chessplayers who desire the only wars to be waged are to be Chess and computer (play) war games.
Our arms are the written word and our voices.
2015 is almost at an end.
The last few years war has devastated the lives of Chessplayers and their family and Chessfriends Worldwide.
In the 1970's Australian Chess Champion Fred Flatow created THE PEACEFUL PAWNS CHESS CLUB as his PROTEST agains President Lyndon B Johnsons war in Vietnam.
The public peacefully protested on the streets all over the world and the US Government stopped the War.
This article is my small humble voice to all Chessplayers of all nations to say something or write a letter or just speak of your desire for Peace to a friend. We all have a part to play in this world.
We are all Chesspieces on our Earthly Planetary Chessboard.
Let us all help to RESET THE PIECES.
