So, my account was recently banned. I did not hack with an engine, but i did let my friends play on my account. They admitted they used an engine, and I am happy about that. What I am NOT happy about, is that i paid for the platinum membership, and now i dont have it. I am very frustrated so is there a way i can have my membership back? Ty

if you make a new account you can donate your platinum membership to that account after closing the account you have currently try that chess.com allows closed accounts to donate memberships that aren't expired talk to them and just apologize that's also important even with my old accounts diamond membership being gone not expired gone then I saw this thing that said you can get your membership back also another thing if it doesn't work is just sue them and hope you win the lawsuit.
