Account deleted for unknown reason!

Hello,
I was playing with a random person online in a 30 minute game. They messaged me "you are too slow be faster". Before I could respond I saw a blue message at the top of the screen saying "you have been kicked for 30 minutes". I can see that my moves ranged between 5 seconds to 45 seconds.
I have since tried to log back into my account and it says my account has been removed for violating guidelines. I am not aware of any specific rules around timing for individual moves.
When I made my account I clicked "beginner". I am learning chess and cannot be expected to make all moves in less than 45 seconds.
I have had no warnings whatsoever. I can only assume that account reported me for stalling, however I was not at all stalling, I was evaluating the board to find the best move. As I said I am still learning.
I believe this is a form of bullying and discrimination against beginners.

If you look at the profile of the closed account you'll see the reason for the closure along with a link to a help article explaining what the reason is related to. Also, you would have received an email on the address associated with the account with your options.

If you have a problem with another member, you should report them directly, not post in the forums.
I haven’t received an email regarding my account closure at all. The link I clicked next to my account just says fair play? Again I think it’s due to my time making moves but I don’t think that’s fair to delete my account for taking longer to make moves.

Well, it's one of these reasons https://www.chess.com/legal/fair-play

The site does not close accounts for taking a long time on moves.
