The point is that my account got closed for some random reasons and I asked chess.com. They didn't give back my premium

I send several support tickets yesterday and not sure how the reach back to me - i am eagerly waitng for a response
Message me your account name, since this one is a brand new account.
the account name should be the same? I Think, I have my account always on and dont pay attention to that lgin as i stayed loggedin. This got created when i tried login through google when i couldnt login as i usually do through google. My email address is the [email removed -- MS]. if the account needs to be different tonny_sasse would be the alternative
I asked a staff member about that email and the only account associated with it was the one you are posting on, and it was opened yesterday.
Thank you for following up
i am have being a diamand member for more than a year with hundreds of games in my archive and library. i got an warning also that a person in India changed my email, i noticed that later
i bet is, that some other person is now using my payed account for free and changed the personal info like email address. If I goback in my browser history and click on some of my analzye games it shows that game this account -- with no history or my friends list - not sure this helps?
Could you send me a link to one of those games?

Ok, a staff member knows about it and closed the account. I'm going to message them to see if your ticket has been seen yet.

Accounts all over the internet are comprimised everyday. It isn't unlikely that out of the millions of accounts on chess.com that it could happen to someone.
The point is: Why would anyone hack an account, play one game and leave it at that?
Because they don't have the time to play any more?
