Ok so I have 3 devices…A laptop,phone and an ipad. So lets say That i want to log out on the laptop does that delete everything? Does logging out on one device erase the accounts on other devices too? Please help theres a glitch on my emails in the laptop, im getting Emails every minute about chess on my laptop ever since ive logged in on that, Please help its an emergency

Accounts are not deleted and you can use multiple devices on the same account. However, you can't have a live session open on more than one device at a time, it will bounce your other connection.

So if I log out on one device it wont log out on other devices?

You can be logged into an account on multiple devices, it's just Live where there can only be one session. But if you have a habit of getting into Live on multiple devices, logging off is the best way to prevent getting kicked out of Live if another device attempts to connect or refresh a session.

I cant log into my account and I paid for a year membership. I was automatically logged out and my username and password were correct every time I tried. if I cant log back in I'm gonna need a refund for my membership

If you have problems with the refunds or whatever, try contacting the support team. I think its thru gmail..i think

Close your account in settings->account->manage account->close account

I paid for the membership on 10th September 2021, but now my account shows as a basic account. I want a refund for my membership. I have paid 499 rupees. Please help me out. I contacted the support team but got no response or help.

How much time have you waited for support?

I dont think the support team will respond instantously, Maybe try waiting a few more days (5 days or smth) If they havent responded then maybe try contacting them again, My tip is to research thier contact details…the give thier contact details to gmail. The team wont respond instantously because thier are just 200 of them while thier are millions of us, approximately 12 million 😉
