The brilliant move is under the move but in analysis is fine.

Is it bug or normal?

I am not sure what it is you are asking or getting at but whatever it may be I can say for certain you are overthinking the small details just a tad.happy.png

How does it a mate-in-two qualify as brilliant?

ryanchen100

it's a back rank mate

Obviously because the queen was sacrificed.  I would agree that a sham sacrifice that results in mate next move should not be considered Brilliant though.  In my opinion the previous move of Qe7+, forcing black's king to c8 and setting up the mate in two, was more impressive.

Agreed. I understand CC’s new “brilliant move” thing, but come on.

At first it's not brilliant, just the best move; secondly, the move analysis is under it because it must be on the chessboard, but where the queen got is on the border and so, to let the move acc. be on the board, not above, they had to do that.

The king is in check. The only way to protect the king is to capture the queen by the rook.
