When I start a new game online, such as a bullet game, the board loads up when a match is found, but nothing else. Meaning I can't see the opponent user name, their rating, my own rating, user name, or the clock. It's been happening for a few days now, can't remember when the problem started. Wanted to bring this up in case anyone is having similar issues.
If you're on the website, try clearing your browser cache. If you're on an app, uninstall and reinstall.
unfortunately that doesn't change the results
I noticed that I can see my opponents name/rating/time again if I rotate my ipad the other way, so I guess this is a fix though not convinient in a bullet game
I don't have it installed at the moment, but I probably had the latest version since I uninstalled/reinstalled the day before, gives me an excuse to play less bullet and more blitz/daily games on the web browser in the meanwhile tho
