App on android: cannot create custom game

On both my phone and tablet running android, on the chess.com app, I cannot create a custom game.

After I set the parameters and press "play", nothing happens.

Would anyone have a fix? I've tried reinstalling, but to no avail.

Have you attempted to clear the app data as well?

I've cleared app data, and unfortunately it hasn't worked.

And strangely, it doesn't work on both my Samsung tablet, and my Google Pixel phone.

What are all parameters are you using? 

I've tried both -400 +400 rated; and also -25 +infinity unrated.

Strange that it doesn't work on the app. It's fine on the website.

Are you using a standard time control? 

I've tried both 10m and 3m+2s. And I've played around with the ranging ranges.

I've also tried on a 3rd device, a Samsung phone, and it doesn't work either.

Would it be something to do with my account being too new? Thanks!
