apple id sign in not working

Hello, I’ve paid for a subscription through the phone app, however I like playing on my desktop most times. I usually login using the apple id option but for the past week I keep receiving an error message that says “there was an issue logging you in.” I’ve tried changing my apple id password to no avail. Please help!

I got the same issue. Since yesterday.

If you write to the support, they generate you a password to you username, and you can log in and change it.

Is there anyone from support here? I've tried to send a message to them but it takes forever to reply. I have the same issue with a annual subscription. I can't login anymore.

Staff sometimes look in the forums, but generally a ticket is the best way. My understanding is support shouldn't really have very big delays. 

 

If it's been a while since you opened a ticket, check your spam folders to make sure they haven't tried contacting you.
