Auto resign stuck for over 10 minutes

Hello there. My chess match has been stuck at the "Waiting... Auto-resign in 0:00" for a long time now. I was playing a 10 minutes match and after I forced my opponent to trade their queen with mine after they lost a lot of material, they left and the auto-resign counter started. Once the timer hit 0 however, it kept being stuck at that since. The normal play timer has also been at 0:00.0 for several minutes by now (started at around 5 minutes iirc) and the resign is just not happening. I can't leave the match through the back button, as that would cause me to resign a match that I clearly have won. Is there any indication of when this will resolve itself or even if it will? I don't want to lose points simply bc the game is bugged.

Did you keep a link to the game?

I still have the match open on my phone and have kept it open the entire time while I watched some vids on my pc. Do I need to close it and then report the link somewhere?

Actually, staff have found an issue they are working on. Not sure what will happen in that case though.
